Does a standard Hellcat holster fit the Hellcat Pro?

No. The Pro has a longer grip and slide than the standard Hellcat, so a holster molded for one will either not seat fully or sit loose on the other. Always match the holster listing to your specific Hellcat variant, standard, Pro, OSP, or RDP.

Is the Hellcat OSP worth it over the standard model?

Only if you're planning to run a red dot. The OSP adds an optics-ready cut to the slide for a direct-mount micro red dot; the standard model doesn't have it and can't be retrofitted without slide work. If a dot isn't in your plans, the standard model saves money for identical carry performance.
