Do Glock holsters fit a P320?

No. The two platforms have completely different slide and frame geometry, so kydex molded for one won't retain the other correctly. Buy holsters listed specifically for the P320, and match the exact frame size (Compact, Carry, Full-Size, or M18) since they aren't interchangeable either.

Can I swap grip modules on any P320?

Within the same frame size, yes; that's the whole design. A Compact grip module accepts a Compact fire-control unit, but you can't drop a full-size FCU into a subcompact grip. Check your frame size before buying a grip module or a magwell built for a different one.

What red dot footprint does the P320 use?

It depends on the slide cut. Sig's own X-Series optics-ready slides use the Sig/Deltapoint Pro pattern; many aftermarket-milled slides use the RMR footprint instead. Check which cut your specific slide has before buying an optic or a plate; the two patterns are not interchangeable.
